The ship movement schedule from the Calabar Pilotage District indicates that vessels expected to berth for Friday, August 3, 2018 include Rig Delta Queen, MV Thor Manadic, MT Ocean Progress, MV Brenda Corlet and MV Queen Esther.
Goods expected for delivery include 15,400mts of bulk wheat, 5000mts of automotive gas oil (AGO), 10,000mts of premium motor spirit (PMS), otherwise known as petrol motor spirit and 20 passes of general cargo. Also included are 8,000mts of other cargoes which the bulk carrier – MT Blue Emerald whose agent is Daddo Maritime- is expected to discharge at the NNPC jetty.
Other vessels expected to arrive with IMBALLAST include MV Kenavo, MV Merbey and MV Dona Simoa. Others are MV Rebecca, MV Carisma, and MV Calabar Marine expected to dock at Beecroft Crossing.
Also MV Chamber Express, MV Glyfada, MT Regent, MT Oluwaseun and MT Kings. MV Jobanna , MT Adebomi and MV Desert Unity are due to call laden with various products including bulk wheat, PMS, IMBALLAST, DPK (fertilizer) and general cargo. In all, agents such as Intels Nig Ltd, Bluestar, Inter-Shipping, Peejay, St Jerome Shipping and Danic Investments are involved in the transactions and movement of the vessels. Pan Maritime and Blue Seas are also involved as shipping agents in moving the various goods.
Vessel movement disposition from the Port Harcourt Pilotage District indicate that for August 3, 2018, ships such as MT Oceana, MT Sea Grace, MV MSC Maria, MV Bay Phoenix and MV Fri Murmansk are being expected to bring PMS with a combined tonnage of 24923.151. 4,650 containers will be brought in by MV MSC Maria, MV Oceana and MT Sea Grace. MV Bay Phoenix and MV Frio Murmansk are expected to discharge frozen fish whose combined tonnage is 2683.516.
